Selected Work
Work that shows how I design, align people around decisions, and build systems that hold up at scale. The projects cover hands-on product design, portfolio strategy, quality systems, and team capability across enterprise and higher education.
Reframed program discovery around how prospective students choose.
I designed an interest-based Program Explorer that let students start with what interested them, not the college’s department structure. The same model supported a focused recruiting view without a second build.
Design Quality at Scale
At Walmart, I built practical ways for teams to make stronger design-quality decisions: risk-based review, training shaped by recurring issues, peer champion support, and portfolio prioritization.
As the organization grew, the work gave leaders a clearer view of where deeper support would matter most. It also gave teams a better starting point than routing every question through one specialist.
Dig Deeper into the Case Studies

Made portfolio risk visible across ~80 touchpoints
After a reorganization, leadership lacked a shared view of accessibility risk across a fragmented portfolio. I built the inventory, assessment, prioritization model, and baseline and funded support structure.
Turned a one-specialist queue into a quality decision system
Every review and judgment call routed through one specialist. I created risk-matched review tiers, shared severity language, and a training loop that helped 16 designers catch and prevent recurring issues.
Moved first-pass accessibility expertise into the teams
The organization depended on one specialist for everyday questions. I trained designers, grew peer champions from 2 to 5, and created an escalation path for harder calls.
Prototyped AI support for design-quality review workflows
Review work needed more structured support without handing judgment to automation. I tested AI on real defects while humans retained responsibility for priority, ownership, and acceptance.
Speaking & Enablement
Invited talks and teaching on experience strategy, design systems, governance, and accessibility. I use them to give teams and leaders a shared direction they can act on.
Additional Work
-
Function Health · Accessibility Opportunity Brief
Reframed personal health data around clarity and trust
Personal health data needed to be understandable and usable with assistive technology. I developed an accessibility opportunity brief connecting clarity, trust, and inclusive interaction.
-
University-Wide Design System
Built design-system foundations for a decentralized university
A decentralized environment lacked shared standards across teams. I developed prototypes, web components, and governance patterns to create a common foundation.
-
Hedgerow Pottery Identity Expansion
Turned a fragile logo file into a production-ready identity system
A fragile logo asset could not support real production needs. I created accessible standards, flexible assets, and practical handoff guidance the client could use.
-
Housing Website Accessibility & Design Feedback
Improved a live site and left the team more capable
A live housing site had accessibility gaps and limited internal practice. I paired targeted design feedback with reviews that improved the experience and prepared the team for the next release.
